It’s quick, it’s easy and most of the ingredients are already in your store cupboard.

Ingredient :

1 Egg
1 table spoon Carnation Evaporated Milk
1 teaspoon Cooking sauce
1 tablespoon Red, green, yellow bell pepper
1 table spoon Cut sausages
As liked mozzarella
Oregano
oil

Directions:

1. Beat egg with Carnation Evaporated milk cooking sauce bell pepper and sausage.
2. Heat the oil in the pan pour the egg ingredient pan fry. Flip the egg then add the mozzarella, oregano serve hot.

yeah, second losing the evaporated milk and perhaps the "sausages" while you're at it. Although I fancy spam and eggs with rice so who knows. Maybe some fresh made salsa...ditch the sweet and go with a bit of spice.

The Carnation seems like an odd ingredient to add... but then many foods I've had here have been sweet, so maybe not so surprising! Lovely photos, Note!
