Body of young man found hanging from Pattaya Viewpoint area on Pratamnuk Hill

PATTAYA:--On Monday afternoon, Pattaya Police and Rescue Services were called to the Pattaya Viewpoint area on the Pratamnuk Hill in South Pattaya to investigate reports of a young man, presumed to be a Thai National, who was found hanging from steel railings, overlooking Pattaya Bay.

The young man, possible a minor, was found by a Security Guard, Khun Anaek aged 45, who works for a nearby company and was on a break when he made the discovery.
