Hello! I have a iPad 3 with sim lock from my homecountry older is 5.1 installed

Is there a way to remove the sim lock ?

If you mean sim locked the just remove the SIM card, if you mean carrier locked the you need to get it unlocked but I didn't know they carrier locked iPads

They carrier lock iPads in Japan

You will find there is no pricing for non Wi-Fi iPads in the Japan apple store
