Green
Are there any small dedicated meditation groups in Bkk? I am interested to join a small experienced group who do sits up to an hour or more. I would also be interested to form a group if there was the interest.

Green
I found the Saturday session Shambala at Yoga Elements to be a bit heavy on talk, there must have been 5 min of silence in the entire 1.5 hour guest talk...how is their Thursday session? I haven't joined a group like that since I was a student in Berlin, where I joined weekly meditation at the TM center there. They had a very large separate room with the entire floor covered wall to wall with thick cushions, it was always a 20min session, but there was no talk or discussion, just the deal, then afterwards they served Indian food in another room, where people could sit and talk.
