There is a new Tesco Lotus across from Mee Chok Plaza on 1001. Is it open yet? Or is it still under construction? I saw a few cars in the parking lot but not a lot while going pass.

Cars are vendors and suppliers setting up inside? Flashing sign on the corner has the opening date(s). I saw it yesterday but forget what it said as I only glanced at it in passing.

not open yet... we can throw a rock and hit it from our home.... cars in lot are workers cars... sign says open august 2nd...

    As soon as I saw the TESCO car park I thought people will park here and walk across the road to McDs and Rimping. It's a very dangerous stretch of road with many lanes and cars racing the lights.

    Quite possibly one of the most dangerous intersections in C.M. Has to be in the top 5 most dangerous. So many cars run the red all the time. There have been many bad accidents there over the years. Very dangerous to cross there. Also many blind spots.

    A pedestrian foot bridge would be nice to link mee chok and Tesco. Guess that will not happen tho ? smile.png
