Parquet flooring (fix) company in Chiang Mai

Featured Replies

I got termite problem in office and need to get the parquet sprayed and fixed.

Any recommendations for companies.. if there is one company doing both great, but I assume its 2 different companies.

There is total just under 200 sqm of parquet but I think about 4-5 sqm needs replacing... then sanding and then finishing...

Any recommendations, also any idea what kind of price tag I am looking at.

You need more than a spraying. Had a similar problem not long ago on a smaller area. The termite guy came and sprayed twice but it did not get to all the areas where the termites were even after taking up damaged wood. Difficult to do without drilling the floor in a lot of places or flooding it with the termite poison and even then it is not sure. In either case you have further damaged the floor and probably have not gotten to the termites under the slab so they will likely end up coming up again unless you drill the slab too and treat the dirt underneath.

Ended up removing all the wood, flooding the slab with termite poison and installing tile.

Good luck. It will be two contractors. Do not wait, they eat fast.
