Can anyone offer recommendations for an orthopedist and an ENT doctor in Bangkok?

The hospital doesn't really matter, although I prefer St. Louis, its worth going anywhere somebody has had a particularly good experience with a specific doctor.

These are separate issues. I have a tennis related shoulder injury that needs to be seen by an MD and something that is giving me a hairy tongue. (I know . )
