hello me and my mother will do a visa run on 31-07

she is in a wheelchair and can barely stand or walk

so going across the river with the bus is not an option for her

i have contacted savan vegas if they would transport her to the Lao side of the river and they refuse .

is there perhaps someone that drives his own car across that morning that we can join , we just want to skip the whole bus part , once across we will take tuk tuk to the consulate and after to the resort

Are you planning on using the SavanVegas visa run package?

If yes, then you should call them and tell them that, see if there stance changes

If they refuse to assist a wheelchair bond person you should not stay there,

if they offer no assitance in getting you there ... then what help will they be?

The savancasino is far from the thai consulate ...

Where are you leaving from? Is it not possible to just fly into Vientiane instead? Much better for her I think. Especially if it is just a "Visa run".
