pokerspiv Posted July 31, 2013 Share Posted July 31, 2013 Hi. I have been using true wifi as a backup ISP for over a year now, but all of a sudden last month it stopped accepting my password. I am unable to decipher any of the instructions except to dial *871*4#, which I did. I received a text giving me a 4 digit number, which I assumed was my password, but that didn't work either. I tried to call the call center to ask how to reset my password, but after being on hold for over 25 minutes I gave up. Does anyone know how to retrieve or reset the password for true wifi? kkerry Posted July 31, 2013 Share Posted July 31, 2013 I have True at home and asked the local True office last week about the free w-fi after not being able to log in with the username and password I got over the phone and was told I couldn't use it because I use dtac for my phone. Other thing is when you get the password over the phone it's only valid for a short time (15 minutes?) so you have to set it up quickly or it expires.
