Pls recommend urologist for erectile dysfunction check

Featured Replies

Hello,

Does anyone have recent experience with a urologist in CM, to establish cause of ED? Would you recommend that doctor? There have been a couple of posts on this but a while ago.

Thanks

I understand that Dr. Bannakij at CM Ram is the best urologist in town. I have been seeing him for a bladder problem only, and he's been very helpful and friendly. However, I do not know his track record regarding ED. Still, if you have no other recommendations, it may be worth your while. If you do go, be ready for a long queue since he always has a lot of patients. Good luck!

No experience with it but here is a list of doctors off the above pinned topics.

The doctors on it were all put on it because they had recommendations from TV members.

UROLOGY (Urinary/Reproductive)

Dr Pruk Kithirathrakan

Rajavej Hospital, 053 801999

Dr Jamroon Wattanasakult

Rajavej Hospital, 053 801999

Dr. Bunnakit

Sriphat, his own private clinic and occasionally at RAM

053 5394 6900/1

Wait.. we just went a full day with zero juvenile jibes and funny recommendations?

Either we're a lot more mature than I thought, or the end is near. Both are equally terrifying.

You can see him at his office in the evenings too

Call him on his mobile 0818824085 (he doesn't mind) and he'll say where's best.

Nice guy, good English.

Just checked his schedule. Wednesday 5-6PM and Sunday 12-1pm. Seems all the CM Ram urologists have short schedules.

You know what they say about urologists with short schedules. wink.png

I guess he's busy in surgery at Ram, Sripat and his own clinic plus Sripat OP.

I saw him recently, admittedly not for ED, but for a UTI. I thought his hours at CM Ram to be amazingly limited, but they don't accept more appointments than he can see in that time. Very good English language skills and obviously comfortable in working with foreign patients, who often have questions and want the doctor's decisions explained to them, rather than just accepting "do this because I, the doctor, say you should'.

Dr B has done 2 operations on me.

One to remove a unknown growth from my Testical Bag and a second some years later an emergency op when a Kidney stone lodged in my urinary tracy preventing me from passing fluid.

john

Anyone care to guess what the Unknown Growth was ? Dr B and three other Dr's could not explain and I was left baffled until a fourth Dr explained with quite a laugh.

Dr. B is a very fine cutter but, in my experience, not much of a treater. I had a surgical procedure done by him with great results. A lingering and separate problem had him insisting on invasive work with me resisting. This other problem was solved through the auspices of a different medical regime with medications only.

None of us are perfect.

Respect to the OP for having the courage to post on such a sensitive topic. Well done members for not taking the michael!
