He was 71 after all, people drop dead at that age all over the world. I've known many an expat who has taken a tablet too many, it may have been the cause and it may not have. The thing is they never publish the results of an autopsy so we will never find out.

To the family in Germany, condolences, may he RIP.

You mean an abundance of a drug known to induce heart attack is not wort mention? Or do you mean that when it happens to you, you want that information omitted?

it is a fairy tale that sex enhancement drugs cause heart attacks. correct is that an overdose can lead to death but not by a heart attack.

Thainess Promotion: If you die in Thailand, the police will post only your sex related medication and not post any others leading people to assume you died from deviant activities.

With an abundance of willing and happy nubile wenches pleased to help one enjoy his deviant ways.

At 71 years of age I see no problem with him having some Veetab (not heard of that one before). Shows he still wanted to enjoy a full life.

As said by others, people age 71 die all the time and no need for the press to have to include the sex aid pharmacy. What about heart meds or whatever but that seems too much to ask of the reporters.

71, he had a long life and I hope he enjoyed it to the full.

As your direct post appears appears to have been deletedm I have to reply via Naam's post.

GirlDrinkDrunk - not sure if your post was deleted fot it's ignorance or insensitivity. If you cannot see the irrelevance of the inclusion in reporting then you are even more stupid that your posts have hitherto suggested.

Totally agree on the tab issue. Do we have to throw away every potential embarrassing thing we own in case we die. Photos, tabs, rubbers, battery operated neck massagers, playboy mags etc

Thai visa could take it out?

I do like to see who has died, I have a lot of old friends that are vulnerable, including myself. Do not really need to know if they had stock of viagra

I imagine his name will turn out to be MAX.

I really don't see the point of emphasising the stock of Veetab tablets - irrelevant and seems to take away any sense of dignity.

Dignity? They already mentioned 9 Carat condo before they got to the pencil sharpeners ED pills.

RIP Herr Mau or Dietrich

Acute myocardial infarction following sildenafil citrate (Viagra) intake in a nitrate-free patient http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/10554698

An interesting conclusion was drawn by Ebrahim et al.,[9] who suggested that frequent sexual activity may have a protective role for coronary heart disease. After 20 years of follow-up examinations in 914 men, the number of deaths from coronary heart disease was greater in those with a low or intermediate frequency of sexual intercourse than in those with a high frequency.

Anyway, kudos for the scores of brave scientific researchers in Pattaya involved daily gathering more data for medicine and the betterment of humanity.

And you'll find that just SO upsetting.

I think they inverted the name and it is his last name.

Out of curiosity: why is every foreign death posted on Thai Visa?

Might be that:

Older people read the necrology section of newspapers.

Expats are generally not so young any more.

And many fancy Thai Visa.

...would he have been with anyone....otherwise why would he have all that 'performance enhancement substances'......

....could anything have been missing as well......

.....does anyone care to consider anything about him and the circumstances...or...just get rid of him now....he's not a paying customer anymore.....

The reason "every foreign death" is reported on TV, is because without them reporting these deaths, we would never know about 99% of them. I, for one, am glad the do post them, as there may those among us who just happen to know the deceased, but may not have been in close contact recently, and this could be the only we have of knowing.

Kudos to TV for providing this information to us.

Why concerned about his first name, it might be a misprint or a misunderstanding of his first name, the purpose to be concerned about this case is the cause of his dead, not his first name.

Most farangs living here a retired and there age is approaching age 71 and many are already above it, it is therefore generally helpful to know the cause of his sudden dead.

Unfortunately the precise cause of his dead will not be published, and we can only imagine many of the potential causes.

My thoughts are with his family and friends ... RIP.

Sad news, may he RIP, but really a no news story, had to mention the enhancement meds to pad it out.

May be these amature hacks who write this garbage would do better in researching the deceased and write a decent obituary instead.
