hi all, just a quick run down but 2 months ago i purchased a new nokia phone for my mrs, we purchased it up in Nong Khai, because her other phone had failed. (old age). I made sure i purchased an original nokia as i didnt want any problems. Two months on and the screen has failed on the phone, i have took it to my local Nokia dealer to be told that screens are not covered under the warranty and in actual fact the warranty could not replace the phone because it is an old model. Now ive a feeling im just being fobbed off as the reluctant lazy staff cant be bothered getting involved but dont really know where to go from here. I live in Hua Hin so we are not close to the people who supplied the phone, but there again all Nokia phones come with a supposed 12 month manufacturers warranty. i will just add that the phone is still in brand new condition, it has had a cover since new and not been dropped or abused in any manner. Anyone any thoughts.
