Had my first flight with Thai Smile yesterday 16th., Suratthani to Bangkok !

I wish to congratulate them. I have an arthiritic knee and 'hobbling' through boarding, the alert and considerate staff, offered me a wheelchair which i gracefully declined! but they insisted they carry my cabin bag aboard for me. However during the flight i was approached by a hostess who once again offered me a wheelchair from the aircraft to baggage claim, explaining that it is a long way!

I fly quite a lot but this is the first time i have been offered this help by any airline.

Once again thank you Thai Smile for looking after their passengers.

Indeed and it should be mentionned more often that Thais are very good at taking care of the elderly and mobility challenged persons.

Have flown them twice and will do so in the future should the destination be served by Thai Smile...

Service in the air that both my wife and I received was what I expected. Efficient and courteous, I like a chat now and then, the wife not so much, but we were both indulged by both sets of crews.

Even more so when there was an incident involving attempted misplacement of our hand luggage by another passenger.

I too had a very good impression, regarding Service and hassle-free travel experience, on a few TS flights I took recently. Along with Nok Air, they are working their way up to the top of my list of regional carriers.

Guess which carrier I avoid like the plague, in this category, based on the same criteria!
