What is your experience with low cost airline VietjetAir. From BKK to Hanoi or BKK to HoChiMin?

small airline but quite professionally operated, nothing to worry about. improved a lot in the past few years. they even offer a Thai language version of their website, even Bangkok is actually their only international destination so far. Had only one domestic VN flight with them some time ago, but it was a smooth performance. if the price is right and the schedule convenient, book it....

they were about to become part of the AirAsia group a few years ago, but the VN government interfered and spoiled the deal.

I flew to Hanoi last month. Good service, on-time, no problems. The trolley dollys wear cute outfits Only had hand carry, 7 kg not weighed in BKK but weighed in Hanoi. Cheap price and no 4.00 am start to get to the airport.
