Speaker is Pandit Bhikkhu – ordained Buddhist monk of 17 years living in Bangkok, and organiser of our Little Bangkok Sangha. __________________________________ While you are here in Thailand explore a little about the Buddhist culture and teachings in a quiet, air-conditioned, and informal atmosphere. The talks aim to be light, informative, and easy to follow for anyone. And we should all learn to just sit with just ourselves breathing quietly for half an hour, even if it is tricky to do.
