Can anybody provideme with some information about where i can watch the F1 races with sound.

I stay around Sukhumvit Soi 4 so if possible somewhere around Nana or the Landmark hotel

Does the Hudmans pub in the Landmark hotel shows the race with sound maybe.

As i'm not in Bangkok until just before the race it is very difficult for me to check the locations beforehand.

Sports Academy (Ruamchitt Plaza, between Soi 11 and 13, upstairs from Thermae) will definitely show Formula1 if the race is at decent bar hours.

The downside is that most probably the big screen will have commentary in Finnish, both from the broadcast, but also from some drunk Finns supporting Kimi Räikkönen and Valtteri Bottas

They have several TVs, so you can always request for an English version also.

Too late but for future reference old German beer house and mulligans on 11 both show the races. Mulligan's will usually also show qualy

Bit late too but Chequers on Soi 4 will show for sure with sound tho not on big screen and Game Bar by Nana BTS will show on Big screen but tend to bow to the EPL fans if pushed hard enough.

Hanrahans on soi 4 always have sound but will sometimes clash times with English Premier League (but can move upstairs)

Gullivers on soi 5 have many TVs and there will always be one (maybe in the dining area) that has sound (even when EPL is on at the same time)

Next Race - Monza - 8-Sep-13 @ 7pm Thai (No clash with EPL)

Future Race - Singapore - 22-Sep-13 @ 7pm Thai (Clash with Arsenal v Stoke 7:30pm)

chequers has a big screen upstairs which would normally be able to show F1 with sound... Just ask Nick. Most guys watch it downstairs on the 42" TV's !
