Thai Air/Thai Smile

Featured Replies

I' looking at booking a ticket with Thai from Frankfurt to Bangkok, but on the Thai Airways website it says: "Operated by Thai Smile" even though it's supposed to be an A380 aircraft.

Any idea why this is so?

Thai smile is like the budget part of Thai airways.

The Frankfurt - BKK route is TG.

I flew Thai smile internally a few weeks ago and all was perfect.

It was only an hours flight but served a sandwich and drink,

I was quite impressed as I to wad apprehensive.

Good luck

If it was operated by Thai Smiles, the icon would appear. It is operated by TG.

What icon are you referring to? And if it's operated by Thai Air why does it say in the web page of Thai Airways that it's operated by Thai Smile??

What you have just posted says "Thai Airways Intl TG921. The place where Thai Smile appears is a key, should you see the colourful icon by a flight it means it is operated by Thai Smile, no icon as in your case means not Thai Smile
