as in the title, will Penang consulate issue a multi entry non-o visa based on having a child?

If so what documents do they require?

Are you the legal father of your child by marriage or legitimization? Just your name on birth certificate is not enough.

Then you should be able to get one.

Take legitimization document and birth certificate.

If you have some type of proof of custody would be good to have also.

I've got a single entry non-o in Laos several times with copy of birth cert. and passports. Was wondering if this would do in Penang as well?
