Well, it's about that time again. From what I've read, every few years or so someone questions the best ISP in Chiang Mai, and generally it realllllly seems to vary based on where you live and how many other people are signed up in your area. I've found a house in Saraphi, just inside the outer ring road, and I was wondering if anyone lived/lives in this area or nearby (Nong Hoi, further down in Saraphi, etc) and what their ISP is currently/which ISP they have found to provide the best service? 3BB has a FTTx deal on right now that is mighty tempting...1200/mo for 30mbps download/3mbps up.

Any help or advice you could give me on the subject would be greatly appreciated. :)

Edit: I cannot get the fiber optic network in my area, only regular. Sooooo tot, true or 3bb?
