If I were to guess from previous messages like this in airasia they are going to put next November December and January 2015 on sale, usually great prices or pay tax only if you can plan that far ahead

What sort of deals have people bought in the past...You know, locations, prices? etc

Just watch out for all the tack on fees. You have to opt out of those you do not want, otherwise they are automatically added to your ticket.

I booked BKK to Yangon about 2 months ago for 2570 baht return (no check-in luggage). departing this week.

Out of curiosity I just checked out the price for a date in November in 2 months time. Basic price comes in at 4110 baht. (promo seats both ways)
