Hi,
I hope, there is someone, who can help me.
I need to get a new non-b visa, have a work permit, still valid for another 11 month, but i lost the company documents and cant get new ones today (last day of visa in thailand).
Can I apply for a single non-immi B visa ONLY with the Work Permit ?

or do I really need to have all Company documents in order to get the single entry non immi-B Visa ??

thanks for all the advices...

You cannot do anything without the documents.

What do have a multiple/single entry visa or an extension of stay from immigration?

Thank you,

I am having a single entry Visa from the Embassy in Penang, which is expiring today.

if there would be no trouble getting the extension of 7 days at the immigration, this would be my only option to get new documents prepared...

thanks,

They accept the TM.7 application and as you do not meet conditions for extension allow you 7 days to depart - same as an additional extension of 7 days but by law a disapproved extension. They might ask for proof of exit ticket but even that normally is not asked anymore.

Get the papers and go to Immigration on Monday Morning, there will doubtless be problems with the paperwork so you will almost certainly need the extra 7 days you can apply for.

Below is an example of the papers you will require on Monday at Immigration, they are not known for flexibility, so don't waste your time going there with just a WP, it won't work.

As an alternative, leave Thailand today and get your self down to Penang for a few days holiday, as a non 'B' visa does not need to be exactly back to back with your previous visa.
Then get your company to courier the papers down to you in Penang and apply for a one year multiple entry category 'B' Visa - link to required paper work is below.
This is a more expensive option but the paperwork is less demanding.

You can't do anything till Monday. Perhaps you can get paperwork and make it to immigration then. But be prepared to pay 500 baht per day overstay.

All he needs to do is apply for extension - he does not need any paperwork - that will provide the 7 extra days to obtain the paperwork for either a trip out to obtain visa or extension from immigration if he can qualify. There is no overstay involved.

Agreed, but if the OP can have all the paperwork ready on Monday and Immigration find no fault with said paperwork, then there will be no need for the extra 1900 THB for a 7 day rejection/extension.

Also the 7 extra days certainly provide more time to get the paperwork ready for a 777/2551 Case 2.1 extension, hopefuly with no overstay incurred, if the papers cannot be produced on Monday; this route would doubtless be an easier and less expensive path to follow if the OP is eligible for a one year extension.
