I assume you are in Thailand.

As far as I know, there are no deadly poisonous spiders in Thailand. Most deaths by insects especially from ants and wasps in Thailand are caused by allergic reactions from the bites or stings, rather than by the strength of the poison it`s self.

My advice is; always keep some antihistamine tablets in the house. Take 2 tablets and nothing else if in event of insect bites, and then rest for a couple of hours. If suffering any bad symptoms later, visit a hospital.

Some sort of huntsman spider

I believe most if not all spiders are venomous, most are not poisonous as they are eaten by many creatures, the concern should be Is it dangerous to humans? Answer, NO, let it be.

I'd be more concerned about the deadliest of them all, the mosquito. They are responsible for more deaths than anything else worldwide.

that little thing...? no, not dangerous.
