apalink_thailand Posted April 25, 2006 Share Posted April 25, 2006 Hi All, Recently, one of our foriegn company signing Directors passed away and I am curious to know what steps need to be taken to register this with the authorites? More specifically, this Director (who was also a shareholder) was my father. He and I own shares in a new JV we put together last year. His will is missing (still searching for it) but he told us prior to his death that his assets are to be divided up between myself and my brother. Can anyone give me some advice on how to proceed?
