bangkoksimon
My visa, a 90 day stamp expires on the 25th Oct but my flight is on the 26th - I know there is a one day grace on leaving late so no fine to pay but will I still get a red overstay stamp for leaving a day late ? ubonjoe
It will not be a red stamp. It will be a small blue stamp stating you overstayed less than 24 hours.

Mario2008
No, also not in getting another visa.
rct99q
I know this is being an old fuddy duddy and is often not commented on, but for that one day you are technically breaking the law with not having a valid visa/extension of stay in the Kingdom. If caught up in a check stop or other instances by police or immigration officials you could be detained (most likely) even if it is just one day. So be careful on that last day. Mario2008
With a ticket out for the next day not very likely.
