Non B w/ work permit no re entry permit

Featured Replies

I have a Non-B multiple entry (or had maybe) with work permit. I entered once and left for a holiday after about 3 weeks. A week into my vacation my boss emailed me to make sure I got a re entry permit and I said no that I assumed multiple entry meant I could enter multiple times until reading this forum and seeing that I should have gotten a re entry permit. When I left nothing was stamped or written on my visa like my previous visas. So my question is, should they have marked "used" or something else on the visa? Should I be able to slip by and enter with this visa again?

Thanks!

If you got your visa at a consulate abroad you can enter Thailand multiple times during one year with each entry giving you 90 day permission to stay.

If you have been to immigrations to get extension of stay based on employment you must get a re-entry permit or your extension of stay will be cancelled.
