Thai man seeking a job Isaan or Bangkok

My wife's brother ( 35 years old) is seeking work.He is qualified to drive all classes of vehicles, cars to articulated vehicles and has a clean driving record. Non drinker, non smoker and a steady work record however he is a non speaker of English. He is an excellent handyman as well and pretty adaptable hard working chap. He like us is situated near Sangkha in Surin.
