Not sure what they are going to talk about but it sounds impressive. I wonder if they will have a three way conversation with one member from Dubai involved.

Hope he dosen't want his Panda back

What about the new train line from China to Singapore? Any progress or still empty words? A long time ago anounced, but nothing then hot air. Thailand would need desparately a new train system because the actual one is more for the museum and accidents happen nearly every week.

I hope the chinese premier strongly protests his disgust to the thai prime minister about the so called thai justice circus that released and give freedom to that rapist taxi driver and demands that he is jailed for life so that the poor young chinese girl gets proper justice and maybe a little closure and can begin to heal mentally and move on with her life!

I think it is a dead issue. Maybe some empty words but nothing serious.

Part of the problem is the ?Chinese would be partners on it and there would not be enough money for two countries to get their bribes.

Also it would demand that Thailand start looking at modern rail sizes.

The fact that he is coming means that there will be joint co-operations in the future which will benefit both countries.

Every country in the world wants to get in to bed with China, foolish if they don't take every opportunity.

As for talking about the Dubai connection. He was in Beijing last week enjoying the ladies golf and will no doubt have been in talks with some senior Chinese officials.

Has anyone noticed the quick touch-ups being made?

CHIANG MAI, 10 October 2013 (NNT) – Chiang Mai officials are busy preparing for Saturday's visit by Chinese prime Minister Li Keqiang, who will have his dinner hosted at the Royal Park Ratchaphruek horticultural complex.

Mr. Li will board an airplane to Chiang Mai on Saturday evening, after spending the earlier part of the day launching an exhibition on China's high-speed trains at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok. After arriving in the northern province, he will join Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra at a dinner hosted by the Thai government at Royal Park Ratchaphruek.

On Sunday, Mr. Li and Ms. Yingluck will visit the OTOP products distribution center for Chiang Mai, located in San Kamphaeng district. The Chinese prime minister will then board a plane to Vietnam.

The Chinese premiere will be in Chiang Mai primarily to observe the OTOP projects there.

In addition to the work in progress to beautify Royal Park Ratchaphruek for the occasion, the police are busy installing CCTV cameras to ensure the highest level of safety during the Chinese premiere's visit.

LOL!!

Royal Park Ratchaphruek is a great place! but there aren't any food stalls there except for flowers, trees etc..

maybe dinner will be ....

I say, what a coincidence! High speed train exhibition followed by Rachapruek/Night Safari. The dots are beginning to join by themselves!

Then off to visit the future Thai capital, SK

what is SK?
