Non B visa

Featured Replies

Hi,

My partner is on a Non B visa as shes working in a school. She is just waiting for work permit to come through so is going to have to do a visa run as the first entry stamp is coming up to 90- days.

Does anyone know if she can get another 90 days at Rannong or will it only be 15 days?

If its only 15 days where do we have to go to get the full 90 days again as I get teh feeling the permit might take a while.

If anyone can advise i would be very grateful

Does she have a multiple entry or a single entry non-b?

If she only have single entry she will only get 15 days at the border.

She will then need to go to consulate to get a new non-B the get her work permit.

She has a multiple entry. It lasts for 12 months but only got 90 days on arrival.

She will then get 90 days on every entry during 12 months.

If she makes a border run the last day of the validity of the visa she will receive a final 90 day entry making the total days in Thailand 15 months.

Thank you for the response.

Does that defeinetly include land boarders as I read somewhere they only ever issue 15 days.

Any entry on a visa will receive the normal time that visa entry allows - so non immigrant B will be a 90 day stay by land or air or sea.
