My house roof needs professional help

I just had a new addition put on my house in the Hang Dong/San Patong area by a Thai builder who turned out to be not a very good builder.

I have water leak problems and rats also get into the ceiling.

The roof itself is ok but I think I need a good professional man that knows how to do a good job with aluminum flashing where the roof joins the house.

Can anyone recommend someone who is very good and fair?

What kind of roof do you have? What kind of roof tile/covering?
