Hi Bangkok,

I have never been able to get a call answered using the numbers on the main website or from the Post Comments using Contact Us on: http://bangkok.immigration.go.th/en/base.php.

At the moment I'm even getting url error messages when submitting Post Comments from three different computers.

Has anyone else had the same problem or found a way of reliably contacting the Immigration Bureau?

My last visit the lady scolded me for not contacting earlier about not receiving a residence certificate for my driving licence application despite trying continuously. Now I find myself in a similar situation with a 90 Days Notification receipt that has not been mailed back with a day's trek from east side of Greater Bangkok ahead of me..

Call the hotline 1178 and see if they can give you a valid number for Chaeng Watthana immigration office.
