None O multiple Antwerp consulate result

Obtained a Non o multiple at Antwerp (my town) with showing bank statements & pension monthly money statement , normal delivery in past was 2 days ....now 4 days and warning i could also receive a phone call to deliver police rapport , ( which no call came for it ) ,

so i am sure also the application have to pas Embassy Brussels for approval as longer delivery & same amount as other applications lately .......consulate staff friendly ...but i get the feeling they are now not so independent anymore the consulates for deliver visas

fee now 140 € before 130 €
