My missus has developed an interest in joining the forum. If we both log on from the same IP (this comp) will that create any issues as I know some forums only allow once log in per IP.

Yes it will likely get flagged as a dupe account, but there's no auto-ban system. You'll get a PM asking for an explanation, just tell the truth and you'll be fine.
