Re entry permit

Featured Replies

Hi.

I just got my work permit and im planning to visit Phil. I havent notify my address yet, (you know, the after 90 days stay)

Will that be a problem?

Do we have rule like you can only leave the country after you notify you address which is after 90 days?

Work permits have nothing to do with 90 day reports!

A 90 day report is only required after 90 days in country and the report is made to immigration.

Do you have a multi-entry visa ?

Have you gotten an extension of stay yet? You must do that before your 90 days is finished.

Re-entry permits are not tied to 90 day reports in any way. If you leave the country the 90 day report clock is reset you don't have to report until 90 days from your date of entry.

That means, applying for re entry permit have nothing to do with 90 days stay. Right? If yes then, thats clear. Thanks.

So after my visit, when ill enter thailand again, what will i do next?
