What sort of sizes are you looking for? If at the smaller end of the scale, the cheapest I've found is buying from Hobby King, who ship from HK/SG in a few days.

I have used Cosmos for some cnc machining work and they do carbon fibre, maybe they can help.

Well then Hobbyking is what you want

There are some hobbyking resellers in TH too, but the prices are high, and delivery is only a day or two faster anyway..
