is this correct, motor bike green book transfer

Featured Replies

Sorry if this is the wrong topic area ,, mods can place in the right place if not,,

Ok i have a friend who bought and paid for a motorbike 40,000 bht from a,,, thai woman , and a german male

the story is the couple they lived in phuket had a business renting out motorbikes,

The business went bad so they brought 4 motor bikes to the Roi-Et area, issan ,

then they got into more trouble with gambling and losing money so they sold the bikes to pay the depts [the bikes were licenced in phuket]

One of my wifes friends bought one bike, paid cash. But didnt get the book,

Now she wants the german to transfer the bike into her name,

His Thai wife now says it will cost the lady who bought the bike 20,000 bht to do the transfer,

And they will have to go to phuket together to make the transfer, And the buyer will have to [ pay for them to go from issan,]

So,, Do you have to sign the green book into another name in the same provence where the bike was originally from,,,

Or can you do it in the provence where the bike is now,

And what would it cost ,,

Regards the doctor

The book is with the finance company and you are never going to see it unless you pay off the loan.
