Sold in Canada a while back. (The previous model of this bike anyway) And their is no restrictions in Japan, The Ninja 650 is a 400 there because Japan requires a special license for motorcycles over 400cc. yingyo Posted November 2, 2013 Share Posted November 2, 2013 Yup, Japanese license friendly version of the N650. Think Ducati also do a 400cc Monster there as well as the CB400 still being available there because of the licensing system.
