She would have to apply for a tourist visa in Yangon at the Thai embassy there.

Probably better to fly in after she gets the visa.

In a month or so she could get a 14 day entry but it has not been finalized yet.

thanks for your info, she apply the passport in tachilek, can she apply visa from there as well, actually she not familiar to go yangon by herself alone., so i would like to meet her in mae sai thailand.

Is there a Thai embassy or consulate in "tachilek" if not she will not get a visa !
