As a Thailand tourist, if you were to go Japan, would you go to both Kyoto and Tokyo in one trip? I am a student doing a project on tourism where I have to plan an itinerary for a trip to Japan. Kyoto is a destination rich in tradition, history, arts and nature. It lets tourists experience the traditional part of Japan. Tokyo is a destination with modern cultural interests. Tourists can experience Japan's high technology, shopping and entertainment in the city. Since Japan has a multifaceted culture (traditional yet modern at the same time), I came up with an itinerary for an 8 days trip to both Kyoto and Tokyo for tourists to experience both Japan's traditional and modern culture. So if you were to go to Japan, would you want to visit both destinations? Thank you for reading!

With respect, most of them don't even know what the hell Kyoto is so I doubt they would visit it.
