Registering a Thai company and getting a WP + Visa

Hi guys,

I am sure this may have been covered before but can't locate it.

I have a few direct questiond

1. How much total would it cost to establish a Thai company. The least capital required?

2. Do i have to hire 4 thai's to get a WP as a director?

Company will cost 8000-30000baht

You have to register vat too

4 employees minimum 9000 baht each plus you pay 4% each ss

You dont need to be the director.

Minimum 2000 baht a month for accountant

Might be more but this is a minimum ...

Read the parts that are for a Private Limited Company.

You probably also want to read the Civil and Commercial Code, the Revenue Code and the Accounts Act.

Or you go to one of the many lawyers who offer you a package and hope for the best and deal with the unknown consequences later when they arise.
