My father has a one year visa (retirement), it will expire on March,6th.

The money (800.000 baht) is on a fixed deposit account (Kasikorn bank), the maturity is on March,15th.

Can he get the letter from the bank on March,1st ( for example), the problem is that the book cannot be updated ( no withdrawal,no deposit).

You should get letter no earlier than the day before applying. It is possible for the bank to an update if the teller knows how to do it. A member posted that they can do a 0 baht transfer to create an update in a topic about K bank not doing it.
