Office Administrator / Order Manageer Needed (Chiang Mai)

Teleflora International is an International flower delivery company.

TI Thailand is looking for Thai National, English (fluent) speaking persons with a Thai degree in Business Administration/Marketing or similar subject.

Duties will include managing orders and ensuring customers receive a high level of satisfaction.

First contract will be for 3 months. If successful we can negotiate a full term contract and salary. There will be an additional bonus for staff who do not take time off unannounced.

We need to service customers between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM. So we are currently suggesting working time slots of 8:00 AM - 4:30PM and 12.30PM - 9:00PM. 30 Minutes lunch break. We may be able to offer some flexible times to work around staff with other commitments such as having to pick children up from school etc.

Duties include order management, answering phone calls - but there will also be some marketing work and data entry duties.

Knowledge about flowers is a great advantage, although training can be given.
