If YS was sincere should would be looking into that.It would go away if a certain scoundrel, with a lot of passports, died. But as long as the Shinawatres control Thai politics, they will be relentlessly trying to find ways, illegal and otherwise, to bring the scoundrel back a hero, and fatten up his off-shore bank accounts by 46 billion baht.
