best internet service/package to connect with canada server

I know this question has been asked quite a bit but I figure the information and service probably changes rapidly as well. I need a good internet package / provider to use starting Jan. 1 to be able to have the fastest internet speed possible to a server in canada. i am living over on sukhumvit 71, prakanong -nua area.. I am looking at True, What package would be the best to get installed for anything stable? I need as stable as possible.. I have read about business packages, load balancing routers, etc.. I am not an internet/pc genius but really need fast/stable internet with not losing a lot of money.. Can anyone help! would appreciate any insight on this!
