Ho to get a Chinese Visa L for a foreigner student in Bangkok

Hi Guys,

I just bought my tickets to visit my uncle living and working in Chengdu in 2 weeks for a stay of one week. He sent me an invitation letter, a copy of his passeport, the proof that he works in China and his accomodation registration in China.
I have bought my Return ticket BKK-Chengdu-Bangkok so i have also a proof for the bookings
Here in Thailand i have a multiple-entries ED visa.But the point is that I have finished my internship last month. So my internship agreement is not valid anymore ( since last month) and I'm scared that that they won't give me the visa. My intention is just to visit my family come back in Bangkok and then come back in France in my homecountry after one week or two in Thailand.
What should I do?
Do they also ask for Bank statement Statement? As I'm still student and hardly make money i'm still depending on my father, should I bring a copy of my father Bank statement with a letter saying he is responsible of me?

No problems for you as it's a simple tourist visa they don't need your life history or future plans.

Don't get worked up and tell them all your personal life.

You are just going for a short stay so get it in context. They just want you to visit and spend money/have a nice time and leave which is what your ticket verifies.
