The clerk tried to help me and said I had to pay in Kathu. He made a motion like swinging a golf club. With this information, I wonder if the place to pay is the water department building at Bang Wad Dam near the Phuket Country Club?? I live in Nai Harn. Have to say that it's not so easy to find the water office the first time. Just make your way to the base of the dam and it's about 100m back on left side (looking at dam).
