Yet to meet a straight man that can do housework "properly". Seriously, ever watched a man use a vacuum? Times like these I wish I could crack the whip.

Now don't really care if I'm with someone that helps round the house as have learnt that if I want something done properly than just do it myself - less hassles this way also.

lol - yet to meet a straight guy who does housework full-stop!!! [Having said that - sometimes a quick whip round with the vacuum's a small price to pay for all those horrible 'outside' jobs like taking out the trash!!]

Hear ya about the squats and leg raises Nat. But recently been trying to incorporate exercise into my daily routine, and I've found that I can do descreet bum squeezes whilst I'm walking around class and none of the kids notice!! If I suddenly started pumpin out a few squats. . . .I'd probably get the sack!! lol

Anyway - will heed that advice as I contemplate my pre-Thailand regime in the privacey of my own place!! [i said 'comtemplate! ] lol Squats & leg raises it is!!

recently been trying to incorporate exercise into my daily routine, and I've found that I can do descreet bum squeezes whilst I'm walking around class

The bum squeezers are great due to their practicality - they can be done anywhere at any time. I mastered them during uni in my lectures. The only problem was that being a nerd I'd sit in the front so occassionally the lecturer would look over at me and I'd have a constipated look on my face
