TobiasML Posted November 22, 2013 Share Posted November 22, 2013 You still should be able to use True inter sim rate. I use 00600 and then the country code and I pay to landlines 1THB a minute. DTAC is using 006 only which cost 3THB a minute to landlines if I am not mistaken. For AIS I use 00500 + country code. Cost me as well 1 THB to landlines in Europe. Not sure if you need to register but it would only be a call to the call center. They usually speak reasonable enough English to make you understood.
