I am currently in Thailand looking after my/our 5 month old daughter I am living with the baby's mother in a condo rented in my namw, but we are not married The babies birth certificate shows I am the father and the baby is in the family blue book Can someone please tell me exactly what I need to do in order to get a 60 extension What form needs to be filled out? What documents must accompany the form Which ones must be originals and what needs to be photo-copies? Who must visit Chang Wattana I know I have to go Does the baby have to go? is this mandatory? Copies of your passport photo page, visa, entry/permitted to stay stamp and TM6 departure card. Completed TM7 application form with attached photo. You should have daughter with you.
