My friend, a LOT more children worldwide are affected by alcoholic parents, than those addicted to drugs! Alcoholic addiction is rampant everywhere, whereas drug addiction amounts to a small percentage of the population in almost all countries. You, or any politician, wanting to help children of addicted parents, should try to do something about alcohol first, before setting your sights on mainly recreational drugs like coke, which is restricted to wealthy individuals. -
