Kasikorn Bank ATM fault.

Featured Replies

Just wondering if anybody is having the same issue as me.

I'm trying to make a transfer, and when I select the language (English) my card is ejected. The format and software seem to have changed so I am assuming this is the cause and that it will happen for all transactions not in Thai. If its not at all ATMs I will just go to another.

Have noticed a change in format but had no problem using it.

The main thing to watch for is the buttons for selection do not always line up with the appropriate task on screen.

It's not all, same thing happened to me. I went to another branch, and the new software (that now gives you several language choices) was installed but the card wasn't ejected when I pressed "English" unlike tthe first ATM.

Awesome, I will go to another.

I had the same experience a couple a days ago - a new ATM that I had not used before in a remote village.

Instead of "English language" the option was "change language". Each time I pressed English the transaction was cancelled.

I pressed the Thai language keys until a choice of withdrawal amounts were displayed.

Same for me, some atm are upgraded but when change langauge is selected the card is rejected.

Same here.

I figured they were racist ATMs, picking on the English speakers...

It's the beginning of that new Artificial Intelligence we've been reading about.
